This program supports you in creating a foundation of consent skills and intimacy practices that you can then bring into your relationships with others; romantic, sexual, kinky, or otherwise. You will learn to tune into your body and identify how your boundaries make themselves known. Through experiential learning, you will sharpen your communication skills and gain confidence in discussing desires as well as limits comfortably.
We design your journey based on your desires and curiosities: Depending on what’s most alive for you right now, you may choose to focus on kink practices, on attuning to the rhythms of the earth, on welcoming more pleasure into your life, or perhaps on crafting sensual rituals.

My unique approach to intimacy, pleasure & kink encompasses the following modalities:
✢ CONSENT + COMMUNICATION
The pillars of this work. Consent is so much more than a simple “yes'“ or “no”. We explore how to recognize and speak to your intimate needs, desires and limits, and practice how to communicate those effectively and intentionally with intimate partners (or bosses, co-workers, family members, etc.)
✢ KINK + BDSM SKILLS
Gain a better understanding of the kink + BDSM practices you feel curious and excited about and understand your deeper desires behind those. Learn how to play safely, how to create the most delicious scenes and how to maneuver the wild waters of the kinky dating world more successfully.
✢ SOMATIC AWARENESS
Your body already knows the way to the pleasure-filled life you desire. Through somatic practices, we move through any limiting beliefs and shame you may be holding, honour your nervous system, and support you in learning the language your body speaks. We may also explore menstrual cycle awareness for pleasure + intimacy, if applicable to you or you partner(s).
✢ RITUAL
Foundations of ritual and ceremony to create connective, sensual experiences for yourself and to share with others. We explore the rich intersection of kink and ceremony, and may also dive into Earth-based practices to support you in cultivating reciprocal relationship with Nature.
✢ DREAMWORK
Multidimensional exploration of your night dreams, particularly those of sensual and erotic nature. Learn how your subconscious and spirit speak to you through your dreams, how to remember your dreams more frequently and successfully. Gain skills to understand your personal dream language and to work with your dreams to support your evolution.
✢ CONNECTION WITH NATURE
Honouring the land we live on, cultivating a deeper awareness of the natural world and tuning into the subtle ways the Earth speaks to us. We may work with making offerings to the plants or deities you feel called to, and explore sensuous connection with plants and the elements. Learn about the many ways that we can work with plants and herbs as medicine allies.

I’ve had assumptions made about my desires, so-called “Doms” not ask me consent before playing, and boundaries invaded that I didn’t even know I had. I was figuring it all out myself…

INVESTMENT: $555 CAD
Payment Plans available!
Upgrade Call 2 or 3 to an in-person* mentorship session or ritual (2.5 hrs): +$99 CAD
HOW TO BOOK YOUR COACHING JOURNEY:
1. Fill out the brief application form, and I will be in touch about my next available opening! Alternatively, you can reach out via Instagram message with your intentions and your desired start date, or book a free 15-min call with me!
2. Once we decide to go ahead with working together, I will send you a payment link - this where you can pay in full or select a payment plan that suits your needs.
3. After completing your payment, you will be redirected to a link to book your first call! You will also be prompted to answer a few brief questions which allow me to create the most supportive journey for you.
4. I will set you up with your own personal Telegram space that we will use to communicate, share needs, desires and wins, and where you will find all resources provided for you.
*In-person sessions are held in a private space in Esquimalt (Victoria), BC. Please note that there are several sets of stairs leading up to the space and there is no elevator, hence it is not wheelchair accessible
